In order to qualify for this lawsuit you must meet the criteria
Active military service between 2002-2016
Confirm you were issued earplugs during service that were the color: green/yellow, green/brown and/or green/olive.
Confirmed diagnosis of hearing loss or tinnitus (ringing in ears) OR; if not diagnosed, currently experiencing symptoms AND; willing to seek treatment and obtain a formal diagnosis.
